Job summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled website developer and IT expert to join our expert network. The selected professional will contribute to enhance our online presence with development and design of our website and other related media also oversee our IT related facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Website Development & Maintenance – Ensure a responsive, functional, and optimized website.
  • Website Design & UI/UX Enhancement – Design visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Content Management in multiple languages – Develop, update, and manage website content in English, Dari and German.
  • SEO & Performance Optimization – Implement best SEO practices for visibility and ranking.
  • Email Marketing & Website Updates – Manage content updates, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Website & Social Media Coordination – Ensure consistency across online platforms.
  • Advising on IT & Digital Strategy – Recommend improvements and innovations for digital engagement.
  • Provide regular performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations for improvement and challenges to CEO and Vice President.
  • Any other tasks relevant to the projects or given by the company management.

Eligibility & Selection Criteria

Education & Experience
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in related fields
  • Proven experience in web development and design (WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP).
  • Strong graphic design and UI/UX skills.
Language Proficiency
  • Good Command of English is required
  • Proficiency in national languages (Dari/Pashto/Uzbeki)
  • Knowledge of German language is a plus
Additional Requirements
  • Honest, Innovative, Hard Working, flexible, problem solver, motivator, strong and confident communicator, organized, personally driven.
Technical & Core Competencies
  • Other related Software are an advantage
  • Strong graphic design and UI/UX skills.
  • Ability to create and manage content in English, Dari and German.
  • Experience in SEO, online marketing, and website optimization.
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines efficiently.
  • Strong content creation skill and keen Eye for Visual Composition.
  • Deep Understanding of Web Design, Social Marketing, Product Design, Corporate Identity, Advertisement and Multi Media Design.
