Key Responsibilities

Professionals included in the Daira Sabz Expert Roster may be engaged in the following areas:

✅ Stakeholder Engagement & Strategic Collaboration – Liaising with government agencies, private sector partners, and development organizations to drive sustainable impact.

Eligibility & Selection Criteria

Eligibility & Selection Criteria
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (Master’s or PhD preferred) in the relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of demonstrated expertise in consulting, research, or technical roles
  • Sector-specific certifications and professional accreditations are an advantage
Technical & Core Competencies
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficiency in industry-specific software, GIS, modelling, or digital tools (where applicable)
Language Proficiency
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Proficiency in national languages (Dari/Pashto/Uzbeki)
Additional Requirements
  • Willingness to undertake field visits and remote assignments as needed
  • Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams and international project settings
