Environmental Sensitization Training Course

Overall Objective

Daria Sabz Development and Sustainability Consulting partnered with Swedish Committee for Afghanistan (SCA) to hold the mentioned training course in its regional offices for national and international staff. As part of the contract, the DS team developed the training materials(manual, presentation, pretest and posttest) and wrote the final report.

The objectives of the Training are:

• To sensitize SCA’s staff towards environmental issues and instil a sense of environmental stewardship in them
• To impart or convey the knowledge of major environmental topics to SCA staff
• To help SCA staff adopt a sustainable and green lifestyle at the office and household levels
• To help SCA staff reduce their carbon footprint in daily operations
• To instil a sense of global citizenship

Location: Kabul, Takhar, Mazar e Sharif, Nangarhar, Wardak and Ghazni Regional Offices of SCA-A.
