Project Overview

Daira Sabz Consulting and Engineering Group, a market-driven and solutions-oriented firm, led a comprehensive Agribusiness Value Chain Evaluation and Capacity Building Project to empower micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in southern and eastern Afghanistan. Leveraging our deep expertise in agribusiness, value chain analysis, and private sector engagement, we provided cutting-edge evaluations and practical training to unlock the potential of agribusinesses and strengthen local economies.

Objectives

✅ Identify value additions, innovations, and regional interventions to support viable agribusinesses.

✅ Assess needs related to processing, packaging, branding, and market linkages.

✅ Promote small-scale facilities to improve marketing and benefit local communities.

✅ Build the capacity of local agribusiness stakeholders through targeted training sessions.
