Daira Sabz Consulting and Engineering Group, a market-driven and solutions-oriented firm, led a comprehensive Agribusiness Value Chain Evaluation and Capacity Building Project to empower micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in southern and eastern Afghanistan. Leveraging our deep expertise in agribusiness, value chain analysis, and private sector engagement, we provided cutting-edge evaluations and practical training to unlock the potential of agribusinesses and strengthen local economies.

✅ Promote small-scale facilities to improve marketing and benefit local communities.

Training sessions were conducted to empower agribusiness owners and workers with practical knowledge and skills, enabling them to optimize production processes, improve product quality, and strengthen market positioning. Key training topics included:
